The
section presents the
results of ESIS II (1999-2000) project, financed by the European Commission. During the survey several reports are produced describing information
society developments in Estonia and in 23 CEEC and Mediterranean countries. Besides technological
developments socio-economic and legal aspects are covered as well. There is also a
comprehensive database of information society projects, actions and contacts established. Read more about the project... This section presents mainly materials about Estonia, and activities of the Estonian ESIS II Team could be divided into two: As the survey covers 24 countries, it is possible to compare Estonian developments with those of different countries. All ESIS II materials can be found on the Internet: www.ispo.cec.be/esis/.
